- Strategic Planning: collaborate with the product manager on strategic planning and prioritization; collaborate with different teams for better business outcomes
- Optimization: Test business processes and recommend improvements; analyze process issues and bottlenecks
- Technology Integration: Identify automation opportunities & stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and IT trends
- Advise on the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to improve product development and customer experiences
- Data-driven decision-making: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories (description, acceptance criteria) & create functional and non-functional requirements
- Document: Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
- Training and Development: Conduct team workshops - discovery and brainstorming
- Risk Management: Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- SCRUM experience:
Proven experience in business consulting, within the IT, or even automotive industry.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Documentation skills (system, user, process and source code documentation) - Familiarization with methodologies as Agile, DevOps, Waterfall and Rapid application development
- Technical Versatility:
NoSQL/Hadoop, SQL, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence. Apache Spark experience would be nice to have
Familiarization with general software development methods
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics - Soft-Skills:
