- Analyzing, monitoring and evaluating IT security incidents;
- Interpreting alarms from SIEM and IDS/IPS systems as well as other common security solutions;
- Analyzing log data, detecting anomalies and attack patterns along the cyber kill chain;
- Detailed analysis of system and security log files and correlation of cross-platform events;
- Active stopping of malware propagation, CnC communication, active exploits, infiltrations and data outflows;
- Supporting our customers in crisis management during a security incident and in the effective defense against or containment of attacks.

Technical Proficiency:
- A degree with a technical background or a very good vocational training qualification in the IT environment;
- 3+ years of professional experience in the IT environment with an interest in the IT/cyber security field
- Network knowledge, system administration experience and an affinity for IT services & security
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows, as well as CLI/shell scripting
- Previous experience in using common IT security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, sandbox, honeypot, AV, etc.)
- Experience with manual and tool-supported analysis and attack techniques (Kali Linux, Metasploit, Mimikatz, Wireshark, Nessus, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- You are a strong analytical and strategic professional;
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-orientated manner and enjoy "looking for a needle in a haystack";
- Outstanding communication and customer management skills;
- Self-responsibility and good teamwork skills;
- Flexibility for following default work shifts;
- Good German and English skills.
