• Analyzing, designing, optimizing, and documenting organizational processes in
• collaboration with involved departments
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards according to ISO 9001
• Supporting the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits
• Maintaining and continuously developing the quality management system and related documentation
• Training and advising employees on process and quality aspects
• Verifying, archiving, and monitoring contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with internal, legal, and quality requirements
• Selecting, classifying, and periodically evaluating suppliers
• Developing and implementing standards and KPIs for evaluating supplier performance
• Coordinating supplier audits and tracking corrective measures in case of deviations
• Supporting the integration of security requirements into existing processes
• Participating in the continuous development of the information security management system (ISMS)
• Collaborating with the information security officer to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001
