• Substantial experience in business analysis or consulting, typically with ownership of complex projects
• Proven ability to define functional architecture and to judge what is feasible
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Deep expertise in one or more automotive business domains such as: Parts Quality Management, Product Data Management, Demand & Capacity Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing Processes, IIBA, IREB, CBAP, AAC, or equivalent business analysis certifications is nice to have
• Strong command of industry standards and frameworks relevant to your domain

• Lead strategic-level analysis in complex, multi-stakeholder projects and assure the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Define the functional architecture at the level of capabilities, modules, and major process flows
• Agree goal, metrics, and budget for the next step with the customer, and keep the work tied to them
• Make the consequences of a change visible beyond the commissioned scope, and raise them as explicit change requests
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, including API, ERP, CRM, and cloud components, and take responsibility for the coherence of the delivered solution
• Plan and run critical workshops (discovery, Design Thinking, story mapping) across several seniority levels
• Contribute to proposals, business cases, RFP responses, and feasibility studies
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, reviewing their work, including results produced with AI tools
• Build depth in one automotive core process and turn project experience into reusable approaches
