• Strong professional experience in SAP ABAP development, including ABAP Objects, debugging, performance analysis, error handling, and testable design
• Practical experience with SAP ERP R/3 and S/4HANA development and operational support, including BAdIs, enhancement spots and user exits
• Knowledge of ABAP Cloud and clean-core principles, including released objects and APIs, cloud-ready development and upgrade-stable solutions
• Hands-on experience with CDS, RAP, OData and ADT
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation, including custom-code analysis, ATC remediation, and code modernization
• Business-process understanding in at least one SAP module, such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP or an industry solution
• Ability and motivation to use AI models in the software development lifecycle, including code generation, reviews and testing

• Experience with transactional services, data modelling, access controls and service exposure
• Understanding of SAP BTP, side-by-side extensions and integration concepts. Experience with SAP BTP ABAP Environment
• Knowledge of Fiori elements, SAPUI5, annotations and modern SAP user-experience technologies

• Analyze business and technical requirements with functional consultants, product owners and customer stakeholders, then translate them into maintainable technical designs
• Develop, enhance and support SAP solutions and reusable product capabilities using ABAP and object-oriented ABAP across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA landscapes
• Design and build cloud-ready services and applications using ABAP Cloud principles, CDS, RAP, OData and released APIs where appropriate
• Assess custom code and enhancements for S/4HANA readiness and recommend remediation, redesign, retirement or replacement approaches
• Design clean-core extensions at the appropriate layer and collaborate with SAP BTP, integration, SAPUI5/Fiori and functional teams
• Create and maintain automated tests, perform code reviews, investigate defects, conduct root-cause analysis and optimize performance
• Apply modern development and lifecycle practices using ADT in Eclipse, Git-based collaboration, transport governance, CI/CD and release controls where supported
• Contribute to Agile estimation, planning, releases, operational support and continuous improvement
• Present solution options, risks and technical trade-offs in a structured, business-oriented way
• Contribute to development guidelines, quality gates, clean-core standards and release practices
