SAP Solution Expert

We are looking for an SAP Professional Services Solution Expert to join our team and contribute to the implementation and optimization of Professional Services processes as part of a strategic SAP transformation program. The role is part of the product team and focuses on analyzing business requirements, defining scalable SAP solutions, and ensuring the implementation of best practices within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or Solution Expert in implementing and optimizing Professional Services processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Professional Services processes, including: Project Management, Time Recording / Time Tracking, Resource Management, Revenue Recognition, Billing & Invoicing
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions and clearly defined use cases
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and functional validation
  • Good understanding of end-to-end concepts and processes within the Lead-to-Cash cycle
  • Experience in digital transformation projects and Greenfield implementations
  • Experience working in international and multi-entity environments
  • Relevant SAP certifications related to SAP S/4HANA or Professional Services
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration within product teams

  • Analyze and understand business requirements within the Professional Services area, including project management, time recording, resource allocation, and billing
  • Advise key users and stakeholders on available processes and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Define, model, and document end-to-end processes in the Professional Services domain
  • Collect, validate, and prioritize business requirements together with key users and project teams
  • Prepare business cases, process flows, and functional documentation required for solution implementation
  • Configure and customize SAP solutions according to business requirements.
  • Actively participate in testing, validation, and defect resolution activities
  • Ensure the implementation of standardized, scalable, and sustainable long-term processes
  • Work closely with business teams, solution architects, developers, and Product Owners involved in the project
