Senior S4HANA Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Management Project Lead to coordinate and lead testing activities within a complex SAP transformation program. The role involves defining and implementing the testing strategy, coordinating the teams involved, and ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions up to Go-Live.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Test Manager roles within complex SAP projects or major digital transformation programs
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Proven experience using SAP Cloud ALM for test management
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Solid knowledge of test management, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
  • Experience organizing and coordinating testing activities in complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly analyze existing documentation and translate information into a robust testing strategy
  • Experience in test automation or in evaluating and implementing test automation solutions
  • Certifications in software testing (ISTQB) or project management
  • Clear and effective communicator

  • Advanced English language skills; German language skills are considered an advantage

  • Defining, implementing, and monitoring the testing strategy for the entire program
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing phases, including integration testing, UAT, regression testing, cutover testing, and others
  • Establishing and maintaining test process governance and quality standards.
  • Managing test plans, test scenarios, and the associated timeline
  • Coordinating defect management activities and monitoring the resolution of identified incidents
  • Preparing and presenting status reports, quality metrics, and risks to program management
  • Working closely with delivery teams, SAP consultants, key users, business representatives, and program management
  • Identifying testing-related risks and defining mitigation measures
  • Evaluating and promoting test automation opportunities to increase the efficiency of testing processes
