IT 2nd Level Support Engineer
We are looking for a customer-focused Support Engineer to join one of our projects. KfW is one of the world’s leading promotional banks. Since 1948, it has operated on behalf of the Federal Government and the federal states to improve economic, social, and environmental living conditions worldwide.

- Proven experience in 2nd Level Support, nice to have – experience within the banking or financial sector
- Good understanding of ITIL principles (certification desirable)
- Clear and effective communicator

- Provide 2nd Level Support for banking applications and systems
- Handle incidents and ensure timely resolution according to defined SLAs
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Support release management processes, including deployment and validation activities
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL best practices where applicable
