• ML & GenAI Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in developing and operationalizing Machine Learning or GenAI solutions.  
• GenAI Framework Expertise: Solid knowledge in implementing GenAI applications, e.g. using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph.  
• Prompt & API Skills: Experience in prompt engineering, integrating AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), and building LLM-based pipelines.  
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with deploying ML and GenAI workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using modern MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow).  
• Technical Know-how: Hands-on experience with Python (e.g. for data preparation or evaluation) and a solid understanding of core Machine Learning concepts.  
• Team Spirit & Innovation: Strong team player with initiative and enthusiasm for bringing new AI technologies into practice.  
• Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, German will be considered a nice to have.
