• Qualification: A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.  
• Architecture Experience: Several years of experience in architecture consulting, implementation, operation, and further development of Business Analytics solutions.  
• Modeling Expertise: Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling and data warehouse structures, as well as common analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI or IBM Cognos Analytics.  
• Data Infrastructure Know-how: Expertise in providing infrastructure—installation and/or operation, data modeling, implementing security (roles and permissions), and designing dashboards and reports.  
• Think. Solve. Deliver: Strong analytical problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to implementation.  
• Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, German will be considered a nice to have.

• Create Data Impact: Work on strategic and technical design, data modeling, and implementation of Business Analytics solutions in selected national and international client projects.  
• End-to-End Analytics: Take responsibility for delivering Business Analytics projects end-to-end—from requirements analysis to implementation and operations.  
• Visualize Business Data: Build reports using various analytics tools and platforms.  
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use diverse analytics tools to create reports and dashboards that reveal trends and support strategic decision-making.  
• Advise. Enable. Inspire: Advise clients on methodological, business, and technical issues, and lead workshops and training sessions for sustainable knowledge transfer using our best practices.  
• Manage Incidents Smartly: Handle and coordinate change requests and incidents, as well as roll out new features.
