- +4 years of experience as a Java developer;
- Proven development experience using Java 11+, Spring, Spring Boot, AWS
- Source control knowledge (e.g. git)
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. Angular / React, TS/JS)
- Previous experience with Bamboo / Jira / Bitbucket / Confluence (Atlassian stack)
- Knowledgeable of Agile and Lean approaches (e.g. SCRUM / Kanban)
- Good skills for analyzing and understanding project requirements
- Experience with mentoring teams and coordinating junior colleagues
- Fluent in German
- Operate effectively under an Agile SCRUM framework
- Actively participate in product feature and design discussions
- Thinking, defining and building software in a collaborative way with members across different countries
- Perform code reviews and work with other team members to validate the proper use of patterns and practices
- Help build a team and cultivate innovation within the company
- Mentor other developers in order to raise the technical IQ of the team
- Take ownership and be accountable for deliverables
- Solve critical production incidents in a timely manner
