• Define KPIs and translate business needs into analytical models

Development & Implementation

• Build advanced dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Develop complex calculations (DAX, SQL, Power Query)
• Implement ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations
• Optimize performance (queries, refresh cycles, models)

Advanced Analytics Enablement

• Contribute to predictive or statistical use cases (nice-to-have)
• Enable self-service analytics for business users

Integration & Ecosystem

• Integrate analytics solutions with enterprise platforms:

o CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce)

o ERP systems

o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks)

• Ensure data consistency, governance, and security

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Translate technical insights into business recommendations
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Project Ownership

• Manage end-to-end delivery (requirements → build → deploy → support)
• Handle change requests, incidents, and enhancements
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments (backlog, sprint planning)
