SAP HCM Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of SAP HCM solutions for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to complex projects, drive continuous improvement, and work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

  • Completed degree in business informatics, completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM developer
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM application consulting is desirable
  • Programming languages ABAP, ABAP OO, UI5; knowledge of customizing and development in ESS / MSS and Fiori
  • Knowledge of creating ALE interfaces
  • S/4HANA knowledge
  • SAP HCM application knowledge / customizing experience
  • Initial experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Clear and effective communicator

  • Very good German and English language skills

  • Support of the SAP HCM application, with a focus on ABAP development, for our existing customers
  • Resolution of tickets using our incident and request management system
  • User consulting and continuous further development of processes in the SAP HCM application
  • Creation, implementation, and documentation of change concepts
  • Specification, effort estimation, and implementation of customer-specific functional and business requirements
  • Support in finding solutions and communicating with our customers
