SAP HCM Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of SAP HCM solutions for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to complex projects, drive continuous improvement, and work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP HCM Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with ABAP, ABAP OO, and SAP UI5
  • Proven expertise in customizing and development within ESS / MSS
  • Experience in designing and implementing ALE interfaces
  • Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including HCM-related integrations
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Flexible and adaptable team player
  • Efficient problem-solver
  • Analytical and structured
  • Proficient in English and German

  • Support for the SAP HCM application (focus on ABAP development) for our existing customers
  • Resolving tickets with the help of our incident and request management system
  • User consulting and continuous development of processes in the SAP HCM application
  • Creation, implementation, and documentation of change concepts
  • Specification, cost estimation, and implementation of customer-specific, technical, and business requirements
  • Support in finding solutions and communicating with our customers
