Product Marketing Manager
The objective of the role is the market-oriented positioning of products and services as well as the creation of standardized marketing and pitch materials to support Sales, Presales, and Management. The Product Marketing Manager ensures that product benefits, added value, and differentiators are communicated consistently, clearly, and in a target-group-appropriate manner.

- Completed degree in marketing, business, communications, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in product or B2B marketing, ideally in an IT or services environment
- Very good ability to create structured, professional presentations (PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of complex products and technical contexts
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Efficient problem-solver
- Analytical and structured
- Very good written communication skills in German; English is an advantage
- Develop and maintain product and service positioning (value proposition, benefit argumentation, target audiences)
- Create and further develop standardized pitch and presentation decks (e.g., company, product, and proposal presentations)
- Translate technical content into clear, sales-oriented marketing messages
- Ensure a consistent structure, language, and visualization across presentations
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain additional marketing materials (e.g., one-pagers, fact sheets, product descriptions)
- Monitor market and competitors to derive key messaging and argumentation lines
- Continuously optimize existing materials based on feedback from Sales and projects
