ESG Specialist

We are looking for a strategic ESG Specialist to support the development and implementation of group-wide sustainability initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in defining central ESG guidelines, coordinating relevant data across msg, and ensuring the achievement of sustainability goals.   • Knowledge of ESG ratings (e.g., EcoVadis, UNGC, CDP) and regulations (e.g., LkSG, CSRD, EnEfG, EU Taxonomy, EntgTranspG)

  • Development of central ESG guidelines, objectives and tools for the msg group
  • Coordination of ESG-relevant data across all msg companies in the group
  • Support in creating an ESG indicator system for verifying and ensuring ESG objectives
  • Support in collecting, analyzing and maintaining ESG-relevant data (e.g. for CSRD-compliant reporting)
  • Support in optimizing ESG-relevant business processes and systems
  • Preparation and support of data management for ESG ratings and reporting
  • Close collaboration with compliance, IT security and other operational departments
