• Completed commercial or technical training or degree (e.g., business administration, IT, administration)
• Professional experience in account management or an IT services environment

• Support the preparation, review, and dispatch of tenders and contracts
• Collect and structure input from various departments and prepare it for tenders, calculations, and decision-making documents
• Keep track of deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure that all tender content is processed on time
• Maintain tender data, project status, and relevant information
• Ensure compliance with formal requirements (e.g., for public tenders), check content for completeness, and coordinate corrections
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure smooth processes, and keep all tender participants up to date
