Senior UC4 Operations Consultant
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior UC4 Operations Specialist with comprehensive expertise in the administration and maintenance of UC4 Workload Automation solutions.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- More than 5 years of professional experience as a UC4 specialist or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of UC4 workload automation solutions and technologies
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in UC4 environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell
- Knowledge of virtualized environments and cloud technologies
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player

- Proficient in English and German
- Administration and maintenance of UC4/Automic Workload Automation solutions
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of UC4 systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in UC4 environments
- Developing and implementing scripts and job flows
- Supporting the creation and implementation of operations and maintenance plans
- Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate operations and maintenance tasks
- Active participation in service meetings and steering committees
- Supporting the implementation and integration of new UC4 features and tools
- Training and supporting internal teams in using UC4 technologies
