UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for creating and optimizing the user experience for one of our client’s platform. In this role, you will provide expert UX consultancy and ensure that the design is implemented to the highest standard.

- Strong experience in UI/UX design
- Experience using Figma and/or Adobe XD
- At least 2 years building or maintaining a design system
- Previouse work in UX consulting
- Exposure to React or front-end development to foster better collaboration with developers
- Experience or knowledge of automotive processes, products or industry workflows
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Efficient problem-solver
- Analytical and structured
- Proficient in English and German
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs to visualize user flows and interface layouts
- Define, develop, and maintain the design system
- Conduct UX testing and usability validation; analyze feedback and refine designs accordingly
- Guide clients through the user journey
- Provide UX consultancy and facilitate requirements gathering discussions
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Participate in design reviews and sprint planning sessions, contributing design estimations, prioritization and aligning on deliverables
