System Administrator – Virtualization and Storage
We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with strong experience in virtualization and enterprise storage to help design, operate, and continuously improve resilient multi-cloud platforms for our customers.

- Completed IT degree or completed IT-specific vocational training, or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience and further training
- (Extensive) knowledge in designing and operating (VMware-based) hyperconverged infrastructures as well as cloud environments
- (Extensive) knowledge in designing and operating storage systems (NetApp, IBM, vSAN)
- Solid knowledge of modern server technologies (containers)
- VMware (VCP) and NetApp vendor certifications are desirable
- Affinity for automation and scripting
- Knowledge of additional virtualization technologies (e.g., Nutanix, KVM, OpenStack)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts as well as to participate in on-call duty
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Efficient problem-solver
- Analytical and structured
- Good German and English language skills
- Administration of complex virtualization platforms in multi-cloud environments
- Administration of complex storage systems
- Development and implementation of new virtualization concepts for our customers’ IT solutions
- Fault analysis and resolution of incidents
- Handling service requests
- Coordination of suppliers and service providers
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation and operations manuals
