• Successfully completed studies in computer science, a successfully completed training as an IT specialist (all genders) or a comparable qualification
• Know-how and experience in Java as well as in the software development of web services (SOAP, REST)
• Safe handling of Eclipse, Git and build management tools such as Maven or Gradle as well as knowledge of application development (e.g. Java EE, Spring Boot, Angular, Wildfly)

• Analyze, design and develop multi-layered, demanding application systems in the insurance environment for our product development
• Create software concepts and develop the software of our product taking into account customer-specific processes and environments
• Implement customer-oriented software solutions and requirements with particular attention to technical functionality
• Advise on decision-making of professional and technical design decisions
• Coordinate across internal and external cross-sectional areas, such as the department and our insurance customers
