Product Owner SAP Security & Authorization

 We are looking for a Product Owner SAP Security & Authorization to coordinate and further develop the security and authorization area within a strategic SAP transformation program. In this role, you will play a key part in defining and implementing authorization concepts for future SAP systems based on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Experience in defining and implementing authorization concepts in SAP environments
  • Solid knowledge of authorization and security mechanisms specific to SAP systems
  • Experience collaborating with business and IT teams to define access and security requirements
  • Understanding of access control principles, segregation of duties, and security risk management
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate their requirements into effective authorization concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors would be considered a plus
  • Experience in a Product Owner role or in coordinating an SAP functional area
  • Knowledge of access audit and IT compliance

  • Define, develop, and validate authorization concepts within the SAP transformation project
  • Collaborate with business teams, SAP consultants, and relevant stakeholders to identify and implement security requirements
  • Ensure that authorization concepts are aligned with internal security policies and business requirements
  • Coordinate the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP roles and authorizations
  • Continuously monitor and optimize roles and access rights after go-live
  • Manage requests related to access, security, and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Provide support and consultancy to users and operational teams on Security & Authorization topics
  • Identify opportunities to improve SAP security processes and controls
