• Completed IT training, a degree in a relevant field, or a career changer with a strong interest in security
• Hands-on experience with common penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Kali or Metasploit
• Basic scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate tasks and support assessments
• Basic knowledge of IT security, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking
• Willingness and ability to grow and develop on the job

• Support client projects end-to-end, from initial inquiry to results presentation
