• Completed vocational training in the insurance industry or hold a degree in computer science or business administration or you have or possess a comparable qualification
• Familiarity with the processes and procedures in the insurance and/or commission environment and ideally have knowledge of end-to-end processes
• Initial experience in consulting and collaborating with clients and are comfortable with project and process management
• You are characterized by a strong affinity for IT, a good dose of technical curiosity, a good understanding of interrelationships and processes, and an agile working style
• Clear and effective communicator and interested in creative solutions

• Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for communication between our customers and our development teams in the context of cross-commission work
• Provide our customers with a basic technical understanding of our msg.Insurance Suite software solution and coordinate customized, standards-based solutions with them
• Gather and analyze technical requirements from customer projects and, based on this, create functional concepts that you will then implement and document together with the development teams
• Ensure adequate test coverage, be responsible for testing and documenting the implemented requirements, and actively participate in the migration of data from legacy systems to our msg.Insurance Suite
• Present software functionalities within the framework of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and feasibility studies
