• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that all IT operations run smoothly

• Document all IT support activities and maintain accurate records of all support requests
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in the testing and deployment of new software and hardware
• Assist with software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Provide end-user training on new software and hardware as needed
• Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses
