IT License & Contract Manager

- Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) computer science or law, an apprenticeship in the commercial field or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT commercial, license and contract management as well as understanding of IT services, software license models and cloud costs and current know-how in the field of license models of common software manufacturers
- Ideally experience with the license models of the manufacturers Red Hat, Microsoft, IBM
- Knowledge of contract law as well as basic knowledge of public procurement law, expertise in legal framework conditions in the licensing environment and in IT contract know-how ideally in the IT procurement environment
- A strong IT affinity, a good dose of technical curiosity
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken
- Responsible for our software license management including the related compliance regulations
- Control and optimize our IT costs, licenses and contracts and coordinate our contract and renewal topics in the IT environment
- Take over the commercial support of our IT services and cloud models
- Work closely with IT controlling, purchasing, supplier management and our colleagues from the IT of the msg Group
- Prepare decision and management documents for the IT management
