  • Completed studies (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in software development in the automotive environment
  • Very good knowledge of modern server and cloud infrastructures, as well as databases
  • Very good knowledge of communication protocols for vehicle interfaces, especially MQTT, Kafka, gRPC, BLE, TLS, REST, SOME/IP, DoIP
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity and the security technologies to be used
  • Solid experience in secure coding, ideally with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, C/C++
  • Good knowledge of modern vehicle architectures, especially high-performance computing platforms
  • Confident handling of tools in BizDevSecOps process models, including virtualization, containerization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience in the efficient use of AI tools
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Clear and effective communicator

  • Analytical and structured

  • Consulting and designing modern, cross-functional systems and software architectures for the Software Defined Vehicle, meeting the highest requirements for availability, reliability, scalability, and cybersecurity
  • Architectural design and specification of connected services distributed across onboard, offboard, and cloud environments
  • Evaluation of solution alternatives regarding performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management
  • Technical leadership of project teams and consulting our clients on all software architecture matters
  • Taking responsibility in projects within the innovative environment of Software Defined Vehicles, Mobility, and Connected Car
  • Participation in presales activities and support in proposal preparation and presentation
