Bid Manager Officer
The objective of this position is to manage tenders and proposal processes in a compliant manner, on time, and to a high quality standard. The Bid Manager Officer ensures that proposals are complete, clear, competitive, and compliant, and that they are internally aligned, reviewed, and approved.

- Completed studies in the field of business, management, law, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in bid, offer, or tender management, ideally in a B2B or IT environment
- Very good organizational and coordination skills
- High proficiency in text and documentation (offers, tender documents, presentations)
- Analytical, structured, careful, and deadline-oriented working style
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Efficient problem-solver
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Manage and coordinate the entire bid and tender process from qualification through submission
- Analysis of tender documents and derivation of requirements, deadlines, and to-dos
- Coordination of interdisciplinary bid teams (e.g., sales, presales, departments, legal, GRC)
- Ensuring the content quality, completeness, and formal compliance of the bid documents
- Creation and consolidation of bid documents including structure, storyline, and arguments
- Preparation and obtaining of internal approvals (department management, executive management)
- Organization and coordination of bidder presentations and bid meetings
- Documentation of the bid process as well as maintenance of lessons learned
- Use and further development of templates, text modules, and standards in bid management
- Support in the continuous optimization of tender processes
