Atlassian And Collaboration Tools Administrator
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, further development, and reliable operation of key collaboration and development tools. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient processes, stable platforms, and seamless collaboration.

- Proven experience in administering Atlassian products
- Very good knowledge of: Jira & Jira Service Management (administration), Confluence (administration), Bitbucket (administration), GitHub (administration)
- Confident use of modern communication tools: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Rocket.Chat, Slack
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Efficient problem-solver
- Analytical and structured
- Proficient in English and German
- Administration, configuration, and optimization of Atlassian tools: Jira (including Jira Service Management), Confluence, Bitbucket
- Management and support of GitHub instances
- Analyze, implement, and document requirements from business departments
- Ensure system stability, performance, and security
- Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and permission concepts
- Point of contact for technical questions, support cases, and tool usage
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the tool landscape
