Service Desk Agent
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Service Desk Agent to join our IT Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance.

- IT telephone support
- Handling, resolving, and, if necessary, managing incidents and major incidents
- Fulfilling service requests for all IT customer inquiries
- Close collaboration with the connected IT specialist teams of our customers
- Handling and resolving technically demanding tasks
- Proactive communication with our customers' contacts
- Further development of knowledge management
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar technical vocational qualification
- Strong experience in IT support
- ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certification
- Good understanding of common client operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Basic understanding of standard platforms and hyperscalers (Windows Server; Linux; O365, Azure, Citrix, etc.), as well as network/VLAN structures
- Willing to occasionally travel to our customers and locations
- Clear and effective communicator
