Payroll Specialist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience in the field
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g. Excel)
• Previous experience with SAP systems
• Accuracy, attention to detail and autonomously handle tasks
• Advanced German and English skills are a must

• Collaboration between Germany and Cluj teams in payroll operations for German colleagues
• Inter-departmental communication regarding collecting and centralizing information (timesheets, medical leave, holidays, salary changes and bonuses etc.)
• Ensure payroll related processes and taxes
• Preparing the contracts for new employees
• Provide support for employees regarding the legislative changes and new regulation policies
