Service Desk Analyst

a tech company with strong knowledge in software development, business consulting, and various project and product development methodologies, with a large portfolio of clients from different domains such as Automotive, Insurance, Banking, etc. We are part of the msg group, an international consortium of companies with over 9,000 experts in 28 countries represented in the world's most important markets. On this project you are going to be part of a mixed team with senior colleagues from Romania, Germany and Switzerland and will be able to put to good use occasional business trips.

• you enjoy working with people and IT systems,
• have a degree in computer science, information systems, or similar / you have experience in IT system integration and end-user support roles, or other kindred jobs,
• have a minimal 1-3 year experience in a support level 1 or 2 role, or in a role as a system administrator,
• have very good communication and problem-solving skills,
• have high customer focus and good customer relationship skills,
• have very good English and German skills,
• and you are open to work in shifts and on-call if necessary.

• working in shifts and Fokusteams (focused on phone calls, or on tickets, etc);
• main focus is to independently solve client’s requests (incidents, modifications, service requests, hardware and software requests), but also to support and advise msg employees in managing IT components;
• offer extended first level support, including administration rights in Active Directory, IDM and so on;
• managing tech departments and we are helping them in complying SLAs;
• coordinating Major Incidents independently in the near future;
• documenting activities in a modern ticketing system (ivanti HEAT).
