• Solid understanding of RPA, Low-Code platforms, and Intelligent Automation
• Nice to have: Python, NodeJs, Java, React, Angular, AWS infrastructure, Terraform, familiarity with AI technologies like Python ML libraries, TensorFlow, or Microsoft Cognitive Services.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Design and implement solutions using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, SAP iRPA, Blue Prism, or Appian
• Manage and support automation projects from conception to deployment (Project Management skills are a plus)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure business alignment
• Advocate for innovative technologies and automation strategies across departments
• Keep up with emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven solutions in the automation space
• Support clients and teams with documentation, training, and ongoing improvements
• Automate repetitive and rule-based tasks with cognitive bots — reducing process execution time by up to 80%
