• +7 years of experience in project management of software/IT projects
• Demonstrated leadership of distributed, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams in international environments
• Strong expertise in Agile project and program delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience in budget management, financial oversight, and commercial project controlling
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and escalation resolution skills
• Ability to drive project delivery while balancing customer expectations, business objectives, and operational constraints
• Relevant project management certification advantageous (e.g. PMP, IPMA Level B/C, PSM, SAFe)
• Good understanding of contract models in professional services (e.g. Time & Material, Fixed Price, Werkvertrag)
• Experience in the automotive industry and/or OEM environment and processes considered an advantage

• End-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met
• Planning and steering projects, including resources, risks, releases, milestones, and acceptance processes
• Ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies, quality standards, and commercial targets• Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and proactively addressing challenges and escalations
• Negotiating scope, timelines, budgets, and change requests while managing customer expectations
• Supporting business growth through customer engagement and collaboration with account management on new opportunities
• Coaching project managers and driving delivery excellence within the account
